ORDERS, RETURNS AND SHIPMENTS
Is it possible to make a return and receive a refund?
If you change your mind about your purchase within 14 days of delivery , send us an email to maikishopita@gmail.com indicating your desire to make a return. We will reply to you with an email containing instructions for returning the product and booking collection via courier .
Personalized products are not refundable .

What are the shipping costs and times? Can I track the order?
A unique tracking code is created within 24 hours of the order to monitor the shipment

- Order shipping time takes 2-7 business days for standard orders;
- for customized orders , order shipping times take up to 10 working days .
- during the Christmas and Black Friday periods, deliveries may be delayed up to 7-10 working days , for reasons beyond our control.
My package is damaged, what do I do?
It may happen that a package arrives damaged externally. In this case we recommend that you immediately photograph everything and open it carefully , trying to keep the remaining parts of the packaging intact. Write to our fantastic support who, in the event of a damaged product, will give you instructions for requesting a return.
How and when can I modify or cancel an order?
In the event that you wish to cancel or modify an order, we recommend that you contact us promptly by email at maikishopita@gmail.com with the subject URGENT - Order Modification/Cancellation , or by telephone +39 351 302 3941 so as to avoid the order being processed is sent. If the order has already been shipped, you will have to start the return and refund procedure.
PACKAGING
What does product packaging include?
We try to avoid overpacking , but we also know that the eye wants its part. For this reason, each product will be sent in an FSC certified recycled cardboard box, with a protective tissue and a biodegradable and compostable outer bag .
In any case, make your sustainability choice and try to reuse the packaging as best you can and not dispose of it immediately. Before recycling comes reuse ;)
PRODUCT CARE
How are Glass Cups washed?
We advise you not to wash Glass Cups:
- In the dishwasher
- rubbing with abrasive sponges
- leaving to soak for a long time in hot water.
Simply wash the Cups with soap and water and dry them well.
Where to store the Glass Cups?
Better to put them at the bottom, so that in case of an accidental fall you don't get hurt. We advise you not to store them in contact with abrasive objects, to avoid damaging the beautiful external designs!
How to clean cork coasters?
Cork is highly porous and easily absorbs water if left soaking, which is why we recommend cleaning the coaster with a damp sponge or giving it a quick rinse under running water and drying before storing.
How to clean leather bookmarks?
We recommend cleaning the eco-leather with a damp sponge and drying it with a piece of odorless cotton, in fact eco-leather easily absorbs the odors it comes into contact with.
